How fresh is the coffee when it ships?
We pride ourselves on peak freshness. All coffee is roasted to order by our artisan partners and shipped directly to your door within 24-48 hours of roasting.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days once the roaster has fulfilled the order.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an error with your order or a quality issue, please contact our support team within 7 days.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes! You can set up a recurring subscription for your favorite blends and save 10% on every order. You have full control to pause, skip, or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
Do you ship whole bean or ground coffee?
Most of our roasters offer both whole bean and various grind sizes (Drip, Espresso, French Press). We recommend whole bean for maximum freshness, but you can select your preference on each product page.
